Each project reserves time and creates custom work, so payments and deposits are non-refundable once the project has started. If work has not started, any cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before payment.
After the agreed balance is paid, you can use the final approved website, design, and copy created for your project. Cloudsh Studio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, and know-how.
You give Cloudsh Studio permission to display the finished project, screenshots, and a short description on this website, in a portfolio, on social channels, and in case studies. Tell me in writing before launch if anything is confidential or should stay private.
Each project is based on the agreed scope. New pages, features, revisions, or integrations may change the timeline and price; I will flag that and get your approval before doing the extra work.
